Friday night graveyard shift... Its quiet so there is not much to do.. I keep myself busy by doing prep for the day staff. Almost every customer I have is polite and knows what they want. A good shift so far. Of course at this point the universe decides my night is too boring and then there is trouble. I ended up getting two carloads of messed up and almost certainly under aged kids who have come from a house party. I knew they would be trouble when they got out of the cars and this was confirmed when they came in to the store with beer. One complied when I told him he couldn't have beer inside. One tried shoving packets of cookies into his coat while I was serving his companions, the exact moment he tried this was the moment I turned to look at him.. so he tried to pretend thats not what he was doing. He then put the stuff back and left the store while I watched him. I served the rest of the drunken fools and they went outside. I then had to tell them that they couldnt drink out side the front of the store. Shortly after this the cookie thief tried to climb over the counter to steal stuff. I then told him to get out and that I was going to call the cops and he yells at me saying "what did I do!" like I didnt see him.. Try pretending you didnt do some thing that was caught on camera. Seriously!! It is on camera your stupid face was caught on tape so there is no f***ing point in saying what did I do. Honestly get some brain cells. So he gets in to a car with some of the people he came with and tells them Im calling the cops. Before they go I head out side and write down the licence plate number. Of course they leave yelling and insulting me. Not that I care about the opinion of such rejects. So there are still three of them in the store these ones have been quietly eating for the most part. But there like the driver wasnt involved in that .. so i said well then he can point the authorities in the right direction. They were like yeah I suppose. They left after they ate, even cleaned their table. To bad they associate with such people.
Other than that both my graveyard shifts this weekend were uneventful.
